As president and a founding partner, Brian is dedicated to seeing that every client and every project receives the same high level of attention to detail regardless of the size or complexity. For the last 27 years, Brian knows that in today’s competitive culture it’s not simply enough to meet client needs – you must exceed them.
Empowering the employees to exceed expectations, Lakash maintains an 80 percent thrilled customer rating. With his wife Laura, he enjoys skiing, trap shooting, and a little golf.

A founding partner, Neil Dolinsky is detail oriented and places emphasis on precision. He brings over 30 years of experience and an extensive background in construction and project management, which allows him to be proactive throughout the entire construction process. Working closely with the design team, facility management, and partnering vendors, Neil approaches every project with an undeviating commitment and focus. Neil is also responsible for Lakash’s internal operations. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an A.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
In his spare time, Neil enjoys fly fishing, golf, and traveling.
Steven T. Milliken
Vice President |
Partner and Vice President, Steven Milliken has more than 25 years’ experience in the Philadelphia Regions construction industry. Steve works among the largest commercial REIT’s brokerage & project management firms.
Along his career he has completed complex projects for both national and international corporate clients.
Steve is best known for his keen commitment to detail but equally for being an honest, hardworking team-oriented leader. He leads the companies field operations and plays an instrumental role in client relations. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Spring Garden College.
In his spare time Steve enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
Chief Estimator, Head of Procurement |
David O’Donnell is the Chief Estimator and Head of Procurement. He has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. In 1996 Dave joined the Lakash team as an Assistant Project Manager and since 2004, has handled all estimating and procurement functions for Lakash Constructors.
Dave resides in Drexel Hill with his wife Michelle and four children. In his off time, Dave enjoys coaching soccer, salt water fishing, and spending time with family on North Wildwood beaches
Alfred’s career took him to work in New York and ultimately landed in Pennsylvania with Lakash. He has been active in the construction industry for 30 years. Alfred began with Lakash as a Drywall Finisher, and has moved forward these last 20 years to Project Superintendent. He loves traveling, spending time with his family, cooking meals from his home country Jamaica, and watching Sunday Football. Alfred volunteers at the Annual Lakash Thanksgiving Turkey Drive.
Bruce has been involved in the construction industry for over 25 years. He has been a superintendent for numerous projects as well spearheads the Lakash Service Group. He is an avid outdoorsman and coaches community football.
Bill has worked in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties and been active in the construction industry for over 26 years. Bill has spent the last 5 years working with Lakash. He enjoys hunting, fishing, woodworking, and spending time with the family. He is an active outdoorsman and coaches girls softball in his Township.
Beth has been with Lakash for over 18 years. Her dedication to the process has made her the linchpin to a successful project. From shop drawing review and take off, to submittal and RFI management, Beth creates a strong foundation upon which the Lakash team builds each project. In her spare time Beth volunteers at her local fire house, loves to play bingo and enjoys visiting family at the beach.
Nick Balestra has served as our Shop & Equipment Manager and this year has grown into an Assistant Project Manager role.
What Nick likes best about his role with Lakash is being a part of a collaborative team who creates beautiful and highly technical projects.
Nick believes that technology forces change in every industry for the better. “As time goes on technology helps us to build stronger, taller, and more energy efficient structures. Additionally, technology allows for better safety on our projects.”
Outside of the office Nick is actively continuing his education with a focus on construction management. In his spare time, he likes to stay active with working out, watching football, and spending time with family and friends.
Michael has joined Lakash as an Assistant Project Manager. Working with our chief estimator and senior project management, he is already making significant contributions to the team with the use of the Stack estimating program and Procore Management Systems. Michael comes to us by way of The Williamson College of the Trades, where he earned a degree in Construction Technologies with an emphasis on carpentry methods and construction management.
When Michael is not giving it his all at Lakash, he enjoys working out at the gym, playing sports and rooting on his favorite teams.
Michael’s work ethic and intense thirst for knowledge has him on the fast track toward senior project management and we are very happy to welcome him on board.
